Returns & Refunds Policy
Because our products are food items, we do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, or once the product has been opened. This is to protect the safety and quality of every jar we sell.
However, if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we’re more than happy to help.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible so we can sort it out quickly.
To assess the issue, we’ll need:

Clear photos of the damaged item

Photos of the packaging

Your order number
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on stock availability.
Non-returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns on:

Food products

Sale items

Gift cards
Exchanges
Because returns aren’t accepted for food products, exchanges are only available in the event that we sent the wrong item or the product arrived damaged. In those cases, we’ll replace it at no additional cost.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to finalise the transaction.
