Shipping policy

Shipping Rate
We currently offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $7 NZD for all orders delivered within New Zealand.

Processing Time
All orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been sent.

Delivery Time
Standard delivery is typically 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Rural delivery may take slightly longer.

Shipping Carrier
Orders are sent via NZ Post. Tracking information will be provided when available.
